Alison Grant

Alison graduated with merit from Dundee University in 2000 and after two years of general professional training went into general practice initially in West End Aberdeen before her move to Aberdeenshire.

Alison has always had a keen interest in aesthetic dentistry and finds a real sense of satisfaction in improving people’s smile so it was never a big leap to include facial aesthetics as an additional treatment option for her patients. She gained her initial aesthetics training in 2010 and worked with a local aesthetics clinic for a number of years before joining Oldmeldrum Dental Practice.

In more recent years Alison has trained in Six Months Smile cosmetic braces and aligners and is moving on to gain her advanced level training in this area. She has been delighted to be able to offer this as a treatment option at the practice and has achieved some fantastic results for her patients.

Alison is happy to see and treat even the most anxious of patients and has a calm and reassuring nature to allow everyone to achieve their desired smile.
